Meet the Team

Grant van Rooyen

Executive Chairman
Grant van Rooyen is the CEO and founder of Tract Capital Management (TCM). He chairs the Executive, Management and Investment Committees and sits on the Valuation and Allocation Committees. He is also the Executive Chairman of TCM portfolio companies Tract and Fleet Data Centers. Grant is a 28 year veteran digital infrastructure operator and investor with a demonstrated track record of founding and scaling businesses to generate top decile returns.

Prior to Tract Capital, Grant acquired Teraco (South Africa) alongside a PE syndicate for ~$850M and later sold 51% of that business to Digital Realty for ~$3.5B. He also acquired 49% of MedOne (Israel) alongside a PE partner in a $450M transaction.

Grant began his digital infrastructure career at Level 3 Communications where he led various businesses over a span of 12 years as President of Content Markets.

Graham Williams

President & Senior Managing Director, Tract Capital
Graham Williams is President of Tract and Senior Managing Director of Tract Capital. Graham is responsible for the investment strategy, technical infrastructure strategy, managing the teams responsible for the technical infrastructure engineering and development of all Tract sites.
